Problem
When you try to open a Hexagon drawing or model in a browser, you see the error message Incorrect input URL.
Cause
When displaying files in a web browser, the software first copies the file from the vault to the site's view directory. This error occurs because the software cannot connect to the host specified for the vault. Often, the host is incorrectly set to localhost.
Solution

Determine which vault contains the file that could not be opened.

Log on to the Desktop Client as an administrator.

Select Find > Administration > Vault, and search for the vault.

If the host for the vault is set to localhost or is incorrect, right-click the vault and select List Editing > List Edit Vaults.

Enter or select the host name in the Host field.
