On the Query menu, click an object type to search for.

Type or select your search criteria.

Click Save and provide a name, description, and GUI display value for the query.
The GUI display value is the name for the query to use on the shortcut menu.

To run the query now, click OK in the Query dialog box.

You can only save queries from the Query dialog box available from the main Query menu.
