In Manage Related Items dialog box, click Create to display the New Item form.

In the New Item form, create the new section, and click OK. The new section is displayed in the Library pane. See Create form sections for details.

Select the section, and click Relate Selected Item
. The new section is related to the form and appears in the Related Items pane.
If the dialog box is in portrait orientation, the Library pane appears at the bottom
of the dialog box instead of on the right side of the dialog box. Click Relate Selected Item 
in the Library pane to relate the new section to the form.

Select the section, and click
and 
to move the section up or down.

Click OK to save the changes.
