Managed data task creation statuses

The table below describes the status of the creation of managed data task.

Status	Description
Ready To Create	Managed data task has not been not created.
Creating	Managed data task is being created.
Created	Managed data task is created, and the task is ready to export business objects from Data Capture to the Facility Data Warehouse.

Managed Document task statuses

When Data Capture and the Facility Data Warehouse are in the same system, a managed document task is created by the managed data task to transfer documents to the Facility Data Warehouse from Data Capture .The table below describes the status of the managed document task:

Status	Description
Ready To Prepare Data	Managed data task has not been related to the documents in the work package.
Preparing Data	Managed data task is being relating to the documents in the work package.
Prepared Data	Managed data task related to the documents in the work package.
Ready to Validate	Data is ready for validation before transfer.
Validating	Data validation is in progress.
Passed Validation	Data validation completed.
Failed Validation	Data validation failed.
Ready to Export	Documents are ready for export to the Facility Data Warehouse .
Exporting	Documents are being transferred from Data Capture to the Facility Data Warehouse.
Export Successful	Documents were successfully transferred from Data Capture to the Facility Data Warehouse.
Export Failed	Documents failed to transfer from Data Capture to the Facility Data Warehouse.

Why do I need to generate CSV files and control files?

Data Capture uses Data Validator to transfer data from source to target (Facility Data Warehouse). Data Validator reads the data that is to be transferred from the CSV and control files.

Status	Description
Generating CSV Files	CSV files are being generated at the path defined in the Data Validator job definition for transferring the business objects from Data Capture to the Facility Data Warehouse.
Completed CSVFile Generation	CSV files were generated at the path defined in the Data Validator job definition.
Generating Control File	Control files are being generated at the path defined in the Data Validator job definition.
Completed ControlFile Generation	Control files were successfully generated at the path defined in the Data Validator job definition.
No CSV Files Generated	CSV files failed to generate at the path defined in the Data Validator job definition.
Data Validator Processing	Business objects are being exported to the Facility Data Warehouse using Data Validator.
Data Validator Processing Passed	Business objects are exported using Data Validator to the Facility Data Warehouse.
Data Validator Processing Failed	Business objects failed to export using Data Validator from Data Capture to the Facility Data Warehouse.
