Problem

When viewing a Hexagon 3D model file format in Chrome, a message like Could not initialize WebGL appears.

Solution: Disable the Override software rendering list option

  1. Open the Chrome browser, and then type Chrome://flags in the URL text box.

  2. When the Chrome flags section opens, click Disable for Override software rendering list.

  3. Restart the Chrome browser.
