When viewing a widget, the error "No route found" is returned - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Administration & Configuration

Problem

For versions of SDx before Update 46, when accessing an InsightView, the contents of the widget are not displayed. The error Failed to execute the API request: 'No route found' is returned.

This problem does not occur on Update 46 or later.

Common cause

There is no / separating the Web API and the widget URLs.

Solution

Add a / either at the end of the Web API URL or at the start of the widget URL.
