Modify attribute relationship behavior - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Administration & Configuration

You can modify the attribute relationship behavior for any selected attribute column item. The cell color changes to indicate the relationship behavior set for the attribute column item.

To change the relationship behavior for an attribute column item:

1. Click Manage Attribute behavior in the Mode section.

2. Highlight each cell containing a checked attribute column item and apply one of the relationship behavior options from the Actions section.

   Action	Description
   Set As Mandatory	The relationship behavior is set as mandatory for the attribute column item.
   Set As Read Only	The relationship behavior is set as read only on the attribute column item.
   Set As Hidden (List View)	The relationship behavior for the attribute is set as hidden from appearing on any list view.
   Set As Hidden (Dynamic Form)	The relationship behavior for the attribute is set as hidden from appearing on any dynamic forms.
   Set As Hidden (Both)	The attribute is set as hidden from all dynamic forms or list views for the attribute column item.
   Multiple behaviors	The attribute has multiple behaviors, such as Mandatory and Set As Hidden (List View).

   Any attribute set as hidden from any dynamic form or list view still remains in any column set where it is configured.

3. The colors change to match the relationship behavior selected.

   

You cannot apply two relationship behaviors to a single attribute cell. However, if you do change the behavior for an attribute that has multiple relationship behaviors, any other relationship behavior is disabled by default. This is due to configuration considerations that govern the behavior of relationships.
