This process step is used in workflows for the Web Client.
This process step class gets the recipient from the Perform QA Review step and generates a SCLBDocReview object by relating the document review object of the user for the latest issue purpose of the document using the SDAObservationOrginatingUser, SDAObservationOriginatingOrg, SCLBWFStepRecipientDocReviewObject, and SCLBDocReviewIssuePurposes relationship definitions. If the document review object already exists for the user for that issue purpose of the document, the system updates the SCLBDocReview status to Draft, terminates the SCLBWFStepRecipientDocReviewObject relationship, and creates a relationship between the document review object and the new recipient object.
