Problem
An FTR search using generic keywords, such as test or foundation, results in an error stating "one or more errors occurred". This error can occur when the timeout period elapses prior to completion of the validation and indexing operation or the server is not responding.
Solution
The problem may be solved by increasing the timeout period for the search.

Navigate to the [drive]:\Program Files (x86)\SDX\SPFFTRService folder.

Open the web.config file.

Search for the OdbcCommandTimeOut key.

Increase the timeout period value. The default value for OdbcCommandTimeOut is 600 seconds. For example, increase the timeout period to 1000 seconds.
