The SDx schema and configuration files provide menu items to create incoming and outgoing technical queries, as well as search for any technical queries from the Find or Query menus.

You can configure the Find and Query menus so that they provide results for only your organization. For example, if you belong to SDAInternalOrg1 and search for my technical queries, you will see only technical queries for SDAInternalOrg1.
