Access groups govern the user's access to commands for relationship creation and navigation. Access groups are modeled to represent different levels of functional access to allow the roles to have access to the different components of the Web Client.
You can control the access to the functionality by relating a role to an access group or relating the method that provides the functionality to an access group. When access to functionality is restricted to specific access groups , the application functionality is hidden from other access groups.
For more information on creating access groups, see Access group configuration.
