When you update a document, the incorrect revision scheme appears.
Problem
This might occur if you have configured the update form with a new section using the text "RevScheme" in the name of the section.
If you use this text in the name of the section, the system treats it as an overridden section element and retrieves the next or initial major and minor values.
Solution
If configuring a custom update form, do not use the text "RevScheme" in the name of any custom sections. Other text, such as "RevisionDetails" is acceptable. You can include the text "RevScheme" in the name of sections used on the create, copy, and revise forms, but not in the update form.
