You can see your object data organized in a table format in the List view. Object properties appear as column headings, and the values for these properties appear in the table rows.
The columns you see and their order are determined by column sets. Each type of item can have its own column set to determine which properties appear in the list view window. See Configure column sets for information about creating and configuring column sets.
You can export the contents of the List view to multiple templates and file types.
