If you have not customized your editable workflow template, you can choose to completely replace the existing editable version with the master version and create a new editable workflow template.

Select the editable workflow template, and click Actions > Replace with Master Template.

The Replace with Master Template action only appears if the editable workflow template version is out of synchronization with a new master template version.

When an editable workflow version is completely replaced by a new master workflow version, the corresponding field in the Out Of Sync with Master column in the Workflow Templates Results grid is blank.

The Out Of Sync with Master column in the Workflow Templates Results grid is only set to True when the product center delivers a master workflow copy with new changes.

The upgrade process does not apply new master workflow version changes to an editable workflow version to preserve any customer customizations. For more information, see Upgrading workflow templates.
