You can drill down through a chart report to view the published data for a specific section of the chart report. Drilling down through a segment of a chart report displays the data for those properties and displays them in an item list.
The drill down function is available when you the Enable drill down on charts check box is selected when you first create a chart report, see Select the setup for the chart report.

Click on a specific segment of a chart object in a bar, column or pie chart. All the properties related to the specific section are displayed in an item list view.

To close the item list view, click Close
.

When creating a report, the results are listed as items in pages. The default drill down quantity of items per page is 20. If the results number more than 20 items, the items are spread over multiple pages. For more information on setting drill down and quantity, see Select the setup for the chart report.

To change the order in which the item list results are displayed, click the column. This reorders the results from ascending to descending.

To go to specific pages of the item list, click the page arrows.

To open the items listed on one page as a single paged query within the Desktop Client, click Open page in SmartPlant Foundation Client

To open specific items as a paged query within the Desktop Client, select the objects in the item list, and click Open selected items in SmartPlant Foundation Client
. Only the selected items appear in a paged query in the Desktop Client.

Click Show All to display all the items from each page in a single list on one page. This could result in a long list if the items spread over multiple pages are displayed all on one page. You can view all the items in a single paged query in the Desktop Client by clicking Open page in SmartPlant Foundation Client
.
Filter item list results
You can refine the item list results by filtering a column to get a usable set of data to match your requirements.

On a column, click Filter

Select the property or properties to only show those results in the item list.
You can further refine the results by selecting a condition value, such as Is equal to or Starts with.

Click Filter
to display the filtered results automatically in the item list
By filtering on several properties, you can refine the results to get to a specific
set of data. The following example displays only three centrifugal pumps that match
having a DesignTempMin of 6C and a DesignPressureMin of 1070kPag.
