The Data Capture document changes its status when it is processed through the following workflows:

SPFNDocumentDiscoveryWF - The document discovery task workflow.
SPFNContentDiscoveryWF - The content discovery task workflow.

Document status

The following table shows the different Data Capture document indicated status and description.

Data Capture document status	Indicated Status Description
Document Loaded	First status given to a document loaded after generation from one of the document discovery tasks.
Document Processed	The document passed through each step in the SPFNContentDiscoveryWF workflow successfully and reached the end without any errors. The content file was generated, and Tags were successfully extracted. A message is also displayed after documents are successfully processed using Extract Content in the Web Client.
Document Data Extraction Failed	A failure occurred during the Extract Data workflow step of the SPFNContentDiscoveryWF workflow. This status is displayed when the failure occurs after processing the documents using Extract Content in the Web Client.
Document Content Extraction Failed	A failure occurred during the Extract Content workflow step of the SPFNContentDiscoveryWF workflow. In this case, in addition to this status, an error message is displayed. This status is also displayed when the same failure occurs after processing the documents using Extract Content in the Web Client.
Tag Data Extraction Failed	A failure occurred during the Extract Data workflow step of the SPFNContentDiscoveryWF workflow. In this case, in addition to this status, an error message is attached to the document.
Document Transferred	The Data Capture document is successfully transferred to the Facility Data Warehouse using the Managed Data Task.
Document Out of Date	The document to tag relationships are out of date because of changes in the tag pattern.
Document Relationships Creation Failed	A failure occured during the CreateRelationships workflow step.
Document Resolved	The duplicate files of the document are resolved.
Document Superseded	A new document is created from an existing document by changing the title block information. The files attached to the current document version are attached to the new document, and the current document version is terminated. The history of all previous document versions are preserved in the database.
