Enables server-side compression so that assemblies are smaller in size and faster to download.
In Smart Interop Publisher v17 Update 4 or later versions, a Compress Portal Data option is available that works with GVC version 13.x or later. If you set this option
in Smart Interop Publisher, you do not have to enable server-side compression on the server hosting the BinZ files. Enabling compression on the server hosting BinZ
files and using the Compress Portal Data option in Smart Interop Publisher can cause a slight degradation in performance.
To get the best performance, enable compression only on the server hosting the HxGN SDx application or only for the folder hosting the application.
