What are workflow step checklists?

Each step in a workflow can have a checklist attached to it to be completed by the recipients.

  • Completion of these checklists can be mandatory as indicated by a * or optional.

  • The checklist items are presented in the To Do List against the step.

  • Checklists are defined with a name and description.

  • Each item in the check list is defined as a simple text string.

  1. In the Workflow Management feature set, click Create Workflow Step Checklist.

  2. In the Create New Checklist window, type the required values and select the appropriate options, as shown below:

    • Name - Type a name for the workflow checklist.

    • Description - Type a description for the workflow checklist.

  3. Click workflow step checklistAdd New Checklist Item to add the item to the checklist. Type a Name and Description for the checklist item.

  4. Click SAVE to save and apply the changes.

  • You can change the priority of the checklist items by using the drag-and-drop functionality.

  • You can click Edit workflow template to update the corresponding checklist item.
