The viewer displays the following message and navigates to the previous page.
An error occurred during display. See console for additional information.
Causes
This might occur if:

The Visualization Data Service (VDS) is unavailable.

An authentication issue exists.
Solution
Check for error messages in the browser console. Depending on the error, details might be written to the VDS log files. For more information, see Troubleshooting VDS Configuration.
