This rule is used to extract information corresponding to a checkbox within the pdf file.
The CheckBox rule can be defined in the following way:
RT=CB|TO=TD|Attr=SPFNBD_MotorStart1|Multi=False|Trim=False|ISRightToChkBox=True
To configure the CheckBox rule, use the following steps:

In the Editing Rule for <Rule Name> window, select the target object from the Target Object drop-down list.
If the Table has no target object, then the target object present on any column is considered.

Type a character in the Checkbox On Character text box.

Type a character in the Checkbox Off Character text box.

Select the check boxes to do the following:

Is Value Right to Checkbox - Select this option to if the value is to the right-hand side of the check box.

Trim Text - Select this option to remove the spaces from the extracted text.

Is Common - Select this option to apply the attribute for all the business objects specific to the target object mentioned in the rule.

Click OK.
If an attribute has multiple values in the PDF file, the content file attribute will have all the values concatenated with the character |. In such cases, the relationship creation will not happen in the content discovery task.
