This procedure allows you to add and schedule a new activity to a project object in the Spreadsheet tab.

  1. Click the Activity Schedule tab and then click the Spreadsheet tab.

  2. In the Activities Spreadsheet panel, click the Insert Row icon.

  3. Click the Path ID-Name ellipsis and select the project to which you want to add an activity.

  4. Type in the below fields for the newly created activity:

    • Activity ID

    • Activity Name

    • Duration

  5. Click the Duration Units list and select the units.

  6. Click the Save icon. The fields WBS ID and WBS Name are auto-populated.

    • An activity must be added to a CCL Path ID, else the column will appear in red.

    • Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected row.
