This procedure allows you to add and modify the comments for a lesson learned in the Comments tab. Comments can be updated only by the user who created the comment.

  1. Navigate to Projects > Project Lesson Learned.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Project ellipsis to select the required project.

  3. If required, click REFRESH to update the screen.

  4. Click the Project Lesson Learned Register tab.

  5. Select the Lesson ID hyperlink. The Lesson Details panel appears.

  6. Click the Comments tab.

  7. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new comment.

  8. Click SAVE. The User, Create Date and Update Date fields auto-populate.

  9. In the Comment column, click the Comment icon.

  10. In the dialog box, type the required comments and click SAVE. The comment entered auto-populates in the Comment column.

    Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected comment.
