A large number of labor and equipment’s required for the estimate project are updated in crews on the Crews screen (Admin > Estimates Admin > Enterprise Libraries > Crews). Follow the procedure below to add or remove the selected crews.

You cannot delete the crews added that appear after adding the materials from the Material Library tab.

  1. Click the Crews tab.

  2. (Optional) In the Crew Selection panel, click the Crew Type ellipsis to select the required crew type. The available crews of the selected crew type appear.

    If you do not select any Crew Type, by default, all the available crews appear.

  3. In the Crew Selection panel, click the Add hyperlink corresponding to the required crew. The Add Crew dialog box appears.

  4. Type the Required Hours.

  5. Click the Run button. The selected crew gets added to the Crew Details panel.

    • You can edit the Requested Crews Hours and click the Save button to update the number of hours after the new crew is created. The Total Hourly Labor Rate, Total Hourly Equipment Rate, and Total Hourly Crew Rate are re-calculated based on the new Requested Crews Hours.

    • You can type the required Description and click the Save button for after the crew creation.

    • Click the Crew Name hyperlink to view the crew details.

    • Click the Remove hyperlink to delete the crew.
