This process will send the selected Lessons Learned to the Admin to approve or reject. If the Admin approves, the Lesson Learned will be published to the Enterprise Library. If the Admin rejects, the Lesson Learned will be reset to Open status and will not be published to the Enterprise Library.

Workflow approvers must be assigned for Project Lesson Workflow in the Workflow Admin.

  1. Navigate to Projects > Project Lesson Learned.

  2. In the Project Lesson Learned Register tab, select the Ready for Approval checkbox against the lesson learned that you want to publish for approval.

  3. Click the Save icon.

  4. Click the Actions list and select Publish Lessons Learned for Approval.

  5. Click the Project ellipsis to select the required project. By default, the last selected project appears.

    Only those projects appear for which workflow admin is added.

  6. Type in the Comment.

  7. Click RUN and then OK.
