This procedure allows you to view the project structure along with its schedule. By default, the last selected baseline information appears. You can view the project progress by selecting the required baseline in the Baseline ellipsis.

  1. Navigate to Projects > Project Schedule Baseline.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Project and Calendar ellipsis to select the required project and calendar.

The administrator defines calendars which include the time-zone, start time, duration, working days, and non-working days.

  3. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Baseline ellipsis to select the required baseline.

The administrator is responsible for creating the baselines that appear in the Baseline ellipsis

  4. Click Refresh for screen update. In the Project Scheduler panel, the project structure appears and the tasks along with their dependencies appear on the gantt chart.

SHARED Tip You can filter the object rows by entering their name in the Filter box.

  5. On the gantt chart, select the required timescale from the Timescale Unit list to view the tasks and milestones based on a timescale. The available options are listed below:

    • Year

    • Quarter

    • Month

    • Week

    • Day

  6. On the gantt chart, click the Show subscale check box and select the required timescale from the Timescale Subunit list to view the tasks and milestones based on a timescale. The available options are listed below:

    • Year

    • Quarter

    • Month

    • Week

The Timescale Subunit scale should logically coincide with the Timescale Unit. For example, if you select the Timescale Unit as Year, then select Timescale Subunit as Day.
