Change work order status on the Work Order Scheduling form.
To change work order status:

Select Work > WO Planning > WO Scheduling.

Select a work order and a daily schedule record for which to change the status, and then click Actions > Change WO Status.

Specify this information:
New Status - Select the status to which to change the work order.
You may only select a New Status with a system status of R.

Click Submit.
