Add, updated, or delete triggers to be included in a customer survey.
To add triggers to a customer survey:

Select Operations > Customer Surveys.

Select the customer survey to which to add triggers, and then click the Triggers tab.

Click Add Trigger.

Specify this information:
Entity Trigger - Specify the entity trigger, such as Work Order or Call Center.
Status Trigger - Specify the status trigger.
Email Source - Specify the email source.

Click Out of Service check box to prevent the trigger from being included in the customer survey.

Click Submit.
