Track vehicles with the motor pool management functionality of the fleet management module. First, create fleet customers, cost codes, and vehicles. Then, track the issuing and returning of vehicles from the motor pool, using vehicle tickets. You can also associate billing exceptions for vehicle tickets to add additional charges to the ticket and view billing adjustments for credits or debits to the bill. Finally, you can view and modify fleet bills, view fleet bill transaction and fleet bill adjustment transactions, and crate pool, loaner, and assignment adjustments for credits and debits to the bill.
