Viewing audits for comments - HxGN EAM - 12.0.1 - Help - Hexagon

View audits in order to monitor changes in comments.

To view audits for comments:

1. Open any entity form.

2. Select the record for which to view the audit, and then click the Comments tab.

3. Click View Audit Trail.

4. View the audit information.

   You can only view audit information if you have established audit control and changes have been made to the fields under audit. Contact your system administrator for more information.

   Recorded in Mobile indicates when comments are updated or deleted in Mobile. The date and time reflect updates in Mobile.

5. Click Close.
