List of Values: After deleting empty/unchanged requisitions (A, default), Before deleting empty/unchnaged requisitions (B), and Do Not Execute (N).

If set to A, CIPs are executed after deletion of empty and unchanged requisitions.

If set to B, CIPs are executed before deletion of empty and unchanged requisitions.

If set to N, CIPs are not executed.
