This DBA setting manages the Activate/Deactivate audit feature.
Currently, only the user and user security changes are tracked. You can find details
about the performed steps in the produced trace file. Trace files related to the audit
management start with the prefix AUDIT_.

If value is set to Y, various events are captured and stored in the audit trail table. Captured information can be viewed on the Database monitoring page.
