On the Home page, click Requisitions > Requisition Description Rules.

Click Add Row.

Enter the name of the rule in the Requisition Description Rule cell.

Optionally, enter descriptions in the Short Description cell.

Select the Requisition Description Rule Definition from the list.

You can define the rule by selecting properties and/or parameters from the select list. Additionally, you can also add free text. If you want to add parameters to the rule definition, select them from the list. The available parameters are:

The other values in the list are defined in the Properties page under the Administration module.

The parameters must be delimited by the special character #. This is done automatically when selecting the parameters from the select list. Free text must be entered without this special character.
