Define SOW milestones - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

For scheduling the scope of work (SOW) covered by this inquiry, you can define SOW milestones.

SOW Milestones is only available for inquiries of type Subcontract.

1. Click Prepare RFQ > SOW Milestones.

2. Enter the start date of the start activity in the Start Work box.

3. Select the Start Activity from the list.

4. Enter the completion date of the substantial activity in the Substantial Completion box.

5. Select the Substantial Activity from the list.

6. Enter the completion date of the final activity in the Final Completion box.

7. Select the Final Activity from the list.

8. To add interim milestones, click Add Row and do the following.

   1. Type a unique sequence number in the Seq cell.

   2. Type the Interim Milestone description.

   3. Optionally, select an Activity Code from the list.

   4. Select the scheduled Date for the milestone.

   5. Click Save.

To delete the SOW milestones with all details, click Delete.
