This project default sets the default approval template for the closeout checklist items. The approval template that you enter here is assigned to the closeout item, after selecting the Ready for Approval check box and saving.
The first one from the approval template is informed by email that the closeout item is ready for approval. If ZP_PAR_APR is set to Yes, parallel approval is enabled and invitation emails are sent to all the approvers in the approval sequence - except for approvers having prerequisites, who will get the email only if all the prerequisites are fulfilled.
