Smart Materials/Smart Reference Data Version
10.2

This project default defines the tolerance allowed for receiving material, to close an agreement. It is represented in a percentage value.

If the tolerance is 0 (default value), All Material Received is only marked on the Close Agreement dialog if the material received/posted is equal to or more than required quantity on site.

If the tolerance is greater than 0, the material received could be less than the required quantity to set All Material Received. For example: if a quantity of 100 is expected for an agreement line item and only a quantity of 90 is received, then only if the tolerance is 10% or more, the material is regarded as received. If the tolerance is less, for example 5, the material is not regarded as being received, because a minimum quantity of 95 must be received to reach that status.
