Load file formats must be defined for the following import/export jobs:

TF - used by Download Traffic

FT - used by Load Fab Tracking. To use load fab tracking, you must define a fabrication type.

PR - used by Load Price

EP - used by Expediting

Select Load Formats from File Setup page.

Click Add Row.

Type a format name.

Select a format type from the Load Format Types list.

Type the date format in the Date Format cell.

Select a fabrication type from the Fabrication Types list.
Fabrication Type is enabled only for FT.

Select a company code from the Companies list and click Save.

In the Load Format Details section, click Add Row.

Specify the from and to position at which the property begins and ends in From and To respectively.

Select a property from the Properties list and click Save.
