On the Home page, click Site > Item Information > Information by Commodity.

Select Commodity Group, Commodity Part, Commodity Code, and Ident Code in the Filters section and click Apply Filter.
Click Filter by Company to filter the data by the name of the company.

All the data related to the Ident is displayed in totals like BOM Total, Req Total, Inquiry Total, Order Total and so on.
Missing conversions can appear if there is no valid conversion rule specified on
Unit to Unit.

Click on the link in the Property cell to display the quantities of a particular ident. For example, you can see where the selected ident is used in BOMs, requisitions, inquiries, procurement, traffic, and site.

De-select Project Specific to apply user specif setup for calculation rules of properties.
By default, applied set up is set as Project Specific.

Click Master Ident Details to display the Master Ident Code and Master Ident Short Description. Click Apply Filter to get the details of the Master Ident.

Click Show Detail Tags to display the detail tags. Commodity Code, Ident Code, and Ident Short Description are displayed. Select an Ident Code or Commodity Code and click Apply Filter to get the details of the same.

Click Close Master Tags to close the master tags which have not been closed.

Click Reverse Close to reverse the closing of the master tag. This button is only available for master tags that have been closed.

Click Setup to define the setup for calculation rules of properties.You can do the following to define the setup:

Select Minimum List Status.

De-select Project Specific to define user specif setup for calculation rules of properties.
By default, shown set up is set as Project Specific.

Optionally, select Work Package.
The nodes assigned to the work package can replace the nodes in your list or can
be appended.

Select Where Condition from the list.

Select Issue Status. You must select Best Quantity in order to select an Issue Status.

Select the Query with Tag Number, if the tag number should be considered for the queries. Click
on the Ident screen to display the tag number.

Click Project Specific to set the setup as per the project. Otherwise, deselect to set as user specific.

Select Best Quantity to include the materials which are of the best quantity.

Select Use Only Site Status to include the materials which are of the best quantity.

Select Nodes to add List Nodes and click Fill In.

Click Save.
