ALLOW MANUAL RN MODIFICATION

Allow manual requisition number modification

Allows a user to modify the automatically generated requisition numbers for the manually created requisitions.

Requisitions -> Maintain Requisitions.

ALLOW REQ DATA MODIFICATION

Modifies requisition data

Allows a user to modify a requisition setup data regardless of the value assigned to the project default ZR_REQ_MOD. If the user has the ALLOW REQ DATA MODIFICATION privilege, then even though project default ZR_REQ_MOD is set to E, an alert appears when he tries to modify the requisition setup data, for which requisitions exist. Hence the user can choose to allow the modification or disallow it.

Requisitions -> Nodes and templates, MTO Jobs, MTO Type Details, Requisition Split Criteria, Move Requisition Nodes, and Requisition Master Nodes

ER APPROVAL

ER approval

Allows a user to approve an engineering requisition on the Maintain Requisitions page, through the Approve button or Approval Sequence page.

Requisitions -> Maintain Requisitions.

PROCESS ERP AGREEMENTS/REQS

ERP agreements/reqs

Allows the maintenance of agreements controlled by an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.

Requisitions -> Maintain Requisitions.

RTP FOR LOGIN AND QUERYABLE DP

RTP for log in and queryable disciplines

Allows a user to release an engineering requisition to the procurement on the Requisitions > Maintain Requisitions page, for requisitions created in the logged-in and in any of the queryable disciplines.

Requisitions -> Maintain Requisitions.

RTP FOR LOGIN DP

RTP for log in disciplines

Allows a user to release an engineering requisition to the procurement on the Requisitions > Maintain Requisitions page, only for requisitions created in the logged-in discipline.

Requisitions -> Maintain Requisitions.

UPDATE ROS DATE

Update ROS date

Allows a user to update the Required on Site (ROS) date on requisition line items on the Requisitions > Maintain Requisitions > Line Items page after the approval of the engineering requisition (provided that the line item has not already been assigned to an agreement).

Requisitions -> Maintain Requisitions -> Line Items.
