  1. On the Home page, click Requisitions > Nodes and Templates

  2. In the Requisition Nodes block, select a node to open the corresponding templates in the Requisition Templates block.

  3. Click Add Row.

  4. Select the Name of the template from the list.

  5. Optionally, select Yes or No in the Enabled cell to indicate whether the rule is to be included in the MTO job process or not.

  6. Type a number in the Execution Seq cell.

  7. Select the Where Condition from the list.

  8. Optionally select the Disposition Rule, Document Type Set and the Email Template Set from their respective lists.

  9. Optionally, select Yes or No in the Add Line Item Manually cell.

    If Yes is selected, the calculated quantities on the generated requisition can be changed manually. If No is selected, the only way to change the requisition quantities is to run another MTO job.

  10. Optionally, select Yes or No in the Manual to MTO Line cell.

    If Yes is selected, the MTO job attempts to integrate manual line items into MTO line items. If No is selected, the manual line item is available on the next requisition.

  11. Select Section, Category, Property Set, Milestone Set, Blanket Order and Account Code from their respective lists.

    • The Purchase Order MR Scheme and the Purchase Order SR Scheme cells are populated by the values assigned to the project defaults ZR_PO_MR.

    • The Inquiry MR Scheme and the Inquiry SR Scheme cells are populated by the values assigned to the project defaults ZR_INQ_MR.

  12. To enter order criteria, click Order Criteria and do the following:

    1. Click Add Row.

    2. Type a sequence number in the Seq cell.

    3. Select a Quantity from the list.

    4. Click Ok.

  13. To enter additional summary fields, click Sum-Up Properties and do the following:

    1. Click Add Row.

    2. Type a number in the Seq cell and then select the Property from the list.

    3. Click Ok.

  14. To enter group-by criteria, click Group-By Properties and do the following:

    1. Click Add Row.

    2. Type a number in the Seq cell and then select the Property from the list.

    3. To maintain data for global disposition, click Global Disposition and do the following:

      1. Click Add Row.

      2. To group line items of a requisition, type a Source Value and a Target Value in their respective cells

      3. Click Ok.

        Target value should be different than Source Value.

  • For nodes with Balance Requisitions, Sum-Up Properties and Group-By Properties cannot be defined.

  • Defining a Where Condition is not mandatory for a node with a Balance Requisition.

  • If the node is a Balance Requisition, only one template can be added.
