If partial payment of provided services was agreed on, you must define progress payment events based on completion of certain events, such as site set-up, foundation, and so forth. These payment events will be used to track the progress payments.

  1. Click Prepare RFQ > Progress Payment Events.

  2. Click Add Row, type a sequence in the Seq cell and select a Progress Payment Event from the list.

    Alternatively, copy a pre-defined set of events as follows:

    • Click Copy.

    • Select a Progress Payment Set.

    • Click Copy.

  3. Select the Planned Completion Date for this event from the date picker.

  4. Enter the percentage of payment required for this event in the Payment % cell.

    The sum of all payment percentages must add up to 100%.

  5. Enter the number of weeks between this event and the previous event in the No. of Weeks cell.

  6. Click Save.
