This project default is used to determine if ‘order by’ views/preferences are saved and are applied in subsequent logon sessions by other users.
If the project default has been set to Y (default), 'order by' preferences are not saved for general users but only saved for super users.
If the project default has been set to N, the 'order by' preferences are saved for all users and applied to the subsequent logon sessions.
