Documents that can be used as attachments for requisitions, inquiries, or agreements are usually defined, stored, and maintained in a document management system. Smart Materials contains a list of documents, which can be grouped into a set of documents. Documents can either be stored manually on the Documents page or by data load from an ASCII file on the Load Documents page.

The Display Columns button allows you to configure CIPs. The CIPs are shown based on the configuration defined.
