This project default sets the default approval template for the Schedule of Values progress items. If you use the e-business functionality and allow your subcontractor to log in to the software, the approval template that you enter here is assigned to the submitted progress, when the subcontractor clicks Submit on Progress and Payment > SOV Progress page.
The first one from the approval template is informed by an email that the progress item is ready for approval. If ZP_PAR_APR is set to Yes, parallel approval is enabled and invitation emails are sent to all the approvers in the approval sequence - except for approvers having prerequisites, who will get the email only if all the prerequisites are fulfilled.
