This project default specifies whether only one Over Short and Damaged (OSD) per MRR number is allowed.
If you switch the project default from N to Y even though the OSDs are already created, and you cannot create further OSDs on the
Warehouse Management > Material Receiving page, use the Warehouse Management > OSDs page instead.
