Create inquiry supplement - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

With a higher requisition supplement, you can create inquiry supplements, if the previous inquiry supplement has been approved.

1. Select the Create Supplement option.

   Selecting this option will create a new supplement of the existing inquiry with the supplement number increased by 1.

2. Click Continue.

3. If new line items were added with the new requisition supplement, a window opens to assign the new line items to one of the inquiries that are already associated with the previous requisition supplement(s) or to create an additional inquiry. Proceed as follows:

   1. Select an Inquiry Number from the list.

      Alternatively, select a line item that has an inquiry number assigned, and click Populate Inquiry. The inquiry number is copied to all line items to which no inquiry is assigned so far.

   2. If an inquiry is already assigned, you can change it by selecting another Inquiry Number from the list.

   3. Click Process.

• If project default ZP_TND_CRT is set to N and a new inquiry-only inquiry supplement is created, project default ZP_CSPOREQ controls if PO requisition quantities are considered. If ZP_CSPOREQ is set to N, all quantities of the previous supplement are copied to the new supplement. If ZP_CSPOREQ is set to Y, only quantities that have not ended up already on a PO requisition are copied to the next inquiry supplement.

• Project default ZP_INCREQC specifies whether all requisition supplements are considered when inquiry supplements are created. If ZP_INCREQC is set to N (default), creating an inquiry supplement for a requisition supplement > 0, only the (increased) quantities released with this supplement are placed on the inquiry. If ZP_INCREQC is set to Y, not yet purchased quantities on previous requisition supplements are also considered.

• If ZP_INQAPRV is set to Y, the inquiry supplement will be approved automatically after creation, otherwise not.
