Define reason codes - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

Reason codes are the different reasons why a change is being made to a subcontract. Reason codes are assigned to Change Management.

1. From the Home screen, select Subcontract Management > Setup > Reason Codes.

2. Click Add Row.

3. Type the reason code in the Reason Code cell and then add the descriptions in the Short Description and Description cells.

4. Click Save.
