Start the agreement cycle - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

1. From the Home screen, select Procurement > Inquiry > Requisition Workload.

2. Select a requisition for purchase (Purchase is set to Yes).

3. Click Agreement Cycle.

   The Agreement Cycle button is only enabled if

   • Purchase is set to Yes,

   • Buyer is assigned to the requisition,

   • Acknowledged On is filled,

   • and the Agreement Status is not Completed.

Depending on the selected requisition, you can do any of the following:

• Create agreement

• Create agreement supplement

• Create agreement from inquiry

• Create agreement from blanket order

• Create agreement from master agreement

• Create agreement from corporate warehouse

• Create agreement from FIM warehouse
