This project default determines whether the forecast dates can be locked manually or automatically during the creation of a milestone plan.

List of Values: Y and N (default).

If set to Y, the automatic locking of the forecast dates is enabled during a creation of a milestone or when a milestone is added to a supplement plan.

If set to N, the forecast dates can be locked only manually.
It is strongly recommended to use the default value to have a better and reliable
forecast (given a proper milestone setup) unless you have very good reasons to handle
it in a different way.
