On the Home page, click Requisitions > Line Items Configuration Manager.

To create a new configuration, click New Configuration and then type a name in the Configuration Name cell.
To edit an existing configuration, select a configuration from the Configuration list.

Add a comment in the Comments cell.

To change the name of the default tab, enter a name in the Tab Name cell.

To add a field to the current configuration, you must first select that field from the left item selector and then press . Alternatively, you can double click on a field in the left item selector to move it to the right item selector.

Click Tab 2, enter a name in the Tab Name cell, select the Enable checkbox to ensure that this tab appears on the Line Items page.

Click Tab 3, enter a name in the Tab Name cell, select the Enable checkbox to ensure that this tab appears on the Line Items page.

To add all fields to the current configuration, click . Only a maximum of 50 fields can be added per configuration as such only the first 50 will be added.

To remove fields from the current configuration, select the field in the right item selector and click .

To remove all fields from the current configuration, click .

To rearrange the columns while setting up the configuration, click to move the field up, click to move the field down, click to move the field to the top and to move the field to the bottom.

All properties added to a configuration in the product group level, are also visible in Requisition Line Items page at the project level.

Click Save to save the configuration.
