Left Panel

Toggle the left panel open or close to view the following, if available:

• Thumbnails

• Outlines

• Signatures

Zoom In and Zoom out

Zoom in to or out of the document.

View Controls

Change how the document is displayed:

• Single Page

• Double Page

• Cover Facing Page

• Rotate

• Fit Width

• Zoom to Fit

• Marquee Zoom

• Background Color:

  • Black - Converts the background to black and inverts the color of the content.

  • Gray - Converts the background to gray.

  • White - Retains the original background color.

• Display Color:

  • Original - Retains the original color of the content.

  • Grayscale - Converts the color of the content to different shades of gray.

  • Black and White - Converts the color of the content to black or white, excluding any shade of gray.

• The Background Color settings are ignored if you print or download the document.

• The Grayscale display color setting is ignored if you download the document.

• The Black and White display option is available only when viewing CAD file types (.dwg, .dgn, and .dxf). The option is not displayed when viewing a non-CAD file.

• The Main Scheduler must be enabled when using the Black and White option.

Pan and Select

Toggle between panning around the document when the mouse is clicked and dragged, and using the mouse to select items in the document.

The currently selected option is shown in blue.

Download

Download the document (and any markups) as described in Download a file with markup layers.

Print

Prints the document as described in Print a non-Hexagon file format.

Search

Toggle the Search panel open or close to search the document for a specific word or phrase.

Comments

Toggle the Comments panel open or close to view or search any comments in the document. Multiple comments can be selected for viewing or editing.
